In recognition, we'd like to offer you a small bonus on any referral. We'll give you vouchers from a range of big name high street and online stores for every one of your referrals that we place. The referral fee will be payable once your friend has taken a full time position and completed their probationary period. The value of the vouchers depends on the seniority of the position with an upper value of £500 for senior management.
